Chotto Matte offers a vibrant fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors on the city’s largest rooftop dining space. Now open for Sunday brunch, indulge in dishes like the aji panca shakshuka tobanyaki with poached eggs, avocado, and crispy tostadas; or the chicken and craffles (croissant waffles) with Yamazaki whiskey maple syrup.
