Portland’s indie-rock band, STRFKR, brings their Mamalarky tour to Oakland’s Fox Theater this month—and we’ve got your chance to see them for free.

Though the band’s energetic, danceable pop has assumed many forms since they first emerged in 2007, they consistently deliver unshakeable melodies and larger-than-life anthems and inspired lyrics. Hailed as their most exciting work yet, their latest album Parallel Realms finds yet another path, redefining the kind of direct, high-impact songwriting that’s long been the core of the band’s strongest material.
