Multi-story Chinatown destination China Live is a feast for all senses. The first floor features the China Live Restaurant—the place to explore an array of traditional dishes crafted with seasonal, farm-to-table ingredients. Eight specialized stations with exhibition kitchens surround the main dining area for a close-up view of the chefs in action. Try signature items like the stone oven-roasted Peking-style duck with seasonal fruit glazes, the sheng jian bao dumplings, or the Taipei braised beef noodle soup.

After dinner, head to the Shop at China Live to stock your pantry with Asian spices, sauces, condiments, snacks, and kitchenware curated by chef George Chen and his wife-partner, Cindy Wong-Chen.
